The word on the street is that Michelle has the ability to present challenging subjects in a simple and fun way. She recognizes that no single approach to learning is right for everyone. Leveraging adult learning principles, Michelle successfully facilitates high-impact training on a wide range of topics for groups and individuals with diverse learning styles, in both the public and private sectors. She has a proven track record of improving performance. With Michelle, no one is left behind.
As a corporate globetrotter, Michelle has expertise in sales, human resources, operations and L&D, which has enabled her to work with organizations throughout the United States, Canada, South America, Europe and Asia.
Michelle is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coach Academy. Also certified by FranklinCovey and the Center for Leadership Studies, she was a contributing author to the book Secrets of Superstar Speakers, by Lilly Walters, and is very active in her community. Michelle lives in Houston, Texas, with her two-legged family members, Amos and Braylen, and her four-legged family member, Rascal the Poodle.
A wizard from the world of corporate learning and development, Michelle Benning has a way of imparting things about herself without seeming to brag. She has the experience and credentials to build a lengthy list but keeps it short and smart to prevent her audiences from falling asleep!

I help managers and leaders accelerate their careers and increase opportunities for promotions and remuneration. My approach to coaching incorporates my many years of corporate experience, innovative and effective systems approach to behavior change that works at all levels: individual, team, group, and organization.
Whether applied to individual leaders and executives, teams or entire organizations, my knowledge and use of C-IQ (Conversation Intelligence) tools and methodology is a force for positive transformation such as establishing high levels of trust, triggering growth and innovation, overcoming limiting conversational patterns or gracefully navigating difficult conversations.
As a coach Certified in Conversational Intelligence® I have access to the C-IQ Tools and technologies and I am equipped to facilitate workshops, masterminds, and other in-depth sessions utilizing C-IQ tools and frameworks to elevate performance results, shift organizations into Level III Conversational Rituals, create and sustain a healthy organizational culture and much more.

As a transformative coach, consultant and facilitator, Maggie delivers results.
Along with her 30 years of corporate experience, Maggie integrates science and research and emotional intelligence to support you and your people to mastery.
Margaret has an Economics degree, postgraduate adult education training, executive coaching certifications, SIYLI (Google); Neuroscience of Change Certification (in progress)and master certification in dozens of training programs.
